Quartz

I went to a rock convention/gem show last year in Columbus and I have been having reoccurring dreams and flashbacks about the event. I'm not sure if it has any significance to my life now, but I cant stop thinking about what I learned and experienced there. I bought a quarts crystal in Italy along with some other gemstones, however it was just an impulse buy. Now Im really starting to think if it was an impulse buy, or if some how, I was meant to have these in my possession. Over thinking much?!

Festival Season

Lay on the sun screen and pull out those comfortable walking shoes. The summer festival season is fast upon us. There are so many festivals to choose from, I cant attend them all. Lets start with this weekend: Mayflower, my first festival to start off the summer. Its going to be an epic weekend!

Favorite song for the week. Listen to it, love it. They are a rockin quartet, despite being only in their 20's they give such an old time vibe....and if anyone knows where to get an extra ticket for their show at The Wexner Center on the 22nd let me know.

Almost one year ago...

Almost one year year ago, some friends and I snuck into a church on Spicer st. and explored the basement until someone called the cops (if I remember correctly, we played a game of ping-pong and some shuffle board). It was an adrenaline rush for sure...we then ventured over to BW3's to watch the Cavs game and drink some brews. It was there where I first started to connect with HIM. We were talking all night and the next few weeks we were inseparable. Tonight we are going to recreate that! We're going to BW3's with the (mostly) the same people and watching the Cavs! THEY BETTER WIN-GO CAVS!

I am the luckiest girl in the world

I have the best boyfriend ever. Today he made me Belgian waffles for breakfast and he even gave me crushed ice with my orange juice! He knows how I like crushed ice :)
